Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will drive performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a strong leader with automotive assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a solid understanding of quality systems and lean manufacturing. Success in this role requires decisive leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal teams and customers. Key ResponsibilitiesChampion a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with PPE, safety standards, and lockout/tag out proceduresPromote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and integrity aligned with company valuesLead, develop, and execute operational strategies focused on safety, quality, delivery, and lean systemsCollaborate closely with plant leadership, production scheduling, and sales to align operations with customer demandAnticipate operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to maintain performanceEnsure execution of standardized work, including 5S, quality processes, maintenance, and daily management routinesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and remove barriers that impact performanceMonitor and enhance cross-functional support services, including IT, HR, Finance, and AccountingBuild and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, training, and succession planningPrioritize and resolve operational issues based on business impact and present resource needs to leadershipLead by example with strong communication, accountability, and a positive team-focused mindsetPerform additional duties as needed to support business objectives QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredExperience in automotive manufacturing or assembly environments preferredProven supervisory or leadership experienceStrong technical and computer skills Skills and AttributesAbility to interpret operational data and performance metricsStrong understanding of financial and production reportingExceptional leadership and team development skillsEffective communicator with strong verbal, written, and listening abilitiesSkilled in conflict resolution and decision-makingPositive, respectful, and motivating leadership styleFluent English communication skillsBudget management experience Why Join Us?
