Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:30
PM Lunch:
1 Hour Unpaid Lunch Break Overtime Opportunities Available Position Summary The Warehouse Order Processor is responsible for accurately picking, counting, sorting, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position works closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure outbound orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate counting skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous apparel or clothing warehouse experience is highly preferred. Forklift operation is not required for this position. Responsibilities Review order lists provided by the Customer Service Department Accurately pick products according to customer orders Count and verify quantities before shipment Sort, pack, label, and prepare outbound orders Ensure order accuracy and quality before shipment Report inventory discrepancies or shortages Maintain organized workstations and inventory locations Assist with inventory counts and warehouse projects as assigned Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies Help maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred Previous apparel, garment, or clothing warehouse experience highly desired Strong counting skills and attention to detail Basic math skills required Ability to accurately process orders and follow written instructions Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing at least 35 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday Good attendance and reliability Ability to work overtime when needed Additional Requirements Due to the detailed nature of this position, employees regularly handle clothing items, labels, poly bags, and order documentation requiring frequent hand movements and dexterity. Applicants should maintain short fingernails to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
