POSITION SUMMARY

The Warehouse Associate (Puller) is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting, pulling, and preparing inventory for delivery, shipment, or customer pickup. This role places a strong emphasis on order picker (cherry picker) operation —candidates must have prior experience or demonstrate a clear willingness and ability to learn and become certified. This is a labor-intensive position requiring frequent heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and working at heights. Safety is a top priority in all tasks. While warehouse experience is preferred, we provide training for motivated candidates ready to learn and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately pull and stage orders using an RF scanner and warehouse management systems Operate or train to operate order picker (cherry picker) forklifts to retrieve materials from elevated storage locations Load, unload, move, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Stock materials in designated areas following proper organization and safety guidelines Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory instructions Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Maintain accurate records of materials moved or distributed Use hand tools and power equipment as needed for product modification or preparation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and properly use required PPE at all times

EQUIPMENT & CERTIFICATION

Order picker (cherry picker) experience strongly preferred Willingness to complete forklift and order picker certification training required Forklift duties may include staging, stacking, equipment checks, and refueling

REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability to work safely at heights using warehouse equipment Basic math and reading skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required Warehouse experience preferred Order picker/cherry picker experience highly preferred, but not required with willingness to learn

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift up to 60 lbs regularly; team lift up to 100 lbs occasionally Stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach throughout the shift Work at heights using warehouse equipment Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise levels Frequent work at elevated heights Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
