Order Entry Clerks process orders received from our sales and customer service departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities Accurately enter orders into computer systems Verify orders by comparing them to source documents Audit orders for accuracy Filing Other duties as assigned. Skills Proven experience as data entry clerk Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is a full-time, on-site position. Hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. Benefits include medical, dental, 401k + match, paid time off and 8 paid holidays.
