Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as well as on their own in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Organize and prioritize incoming customer orders via email and order management software for processing. Accurately and efficiently pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring product quality and adherence to packaging standards. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records. Proactively restocking inventory when necessary and communicating to supervisors when product is running low. Collaborate with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes and meet daily shipping deadlines. Conduct regular quality checks on packed items to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products. Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to address any issues or discrepancies in the fulfillment process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety guidelines and best practices. Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, following safety protocols. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment operations. Qualifications: Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications) Knowledge of fulfillment related applications Proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Eagerness and ability to learn - absorb new information quickly Initiative to work with minimal instruction and direction Strong oral and written communication skills Experience and working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes and productivity standards Possesses a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance HRA 401k Matching $50k Employer Paid Life Insurance Policy Paid Vacation Time 6

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
