  • 4:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Specialist to join our team in Bradenton, Florida.
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day order operations, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding order status and progress. Key Responsibilities Process and track customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery timelines Enter and maintain order information within internal computer systems Verify order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, and customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain organized records and documentation of all transactions Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a professional manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in order processing, data entry, customer service, or administrative support preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $19.00
