Front Desk Order Specialist Location:
West Midtown, GA Shift:
Tuesday- Saturday 9AM-5:30
PM Pay Rate:
$18+ depending on experience A high-end home furnishings company in West Midtown is looking for a rock star front desk order specialist to help their clients with every aspect of the special order process. Do you have a passion for interior design? This is a great temp to hire position with a well-established and upscale furnishings company!Responsibilities:
Special order support for large textile showroom Order fabrics and trim for special orders Tracking orders and processing, organizing and filing paperwork Ordering support for many departments Vendor interaction to monitor and process orders for high end textiles Checking stock and following up with customers Establish strong relationships with vendors Other duties as assigned such as inventory, shipping, purchasing, etc.Requirements:
- High school diploma required/ Bachelor's preferred
- Professional demeanor and personal presentation highly coveted with excellent hygiene
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and accept management instruction
- Patience to repeat or redo projects through multiple layers of edits/ revisions
