Davenport, IA Job Details Temporary 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Moving Inventory management software Computer skills Materials handling Full Job Description Position Summary The Temporary Orchestra Instrument Fulfillment Associate is responsible for preparing orchestra instrument orders for school customers. This role involves reviewing orders, locating and collecting instruments from inventory, selecting the appropriate accessories required for each school program, and preparing orders for delivery or shipment. This is a non-customer-facing position focused on accuracy, organization, and efficient order fulfillment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review orchestra instrument orders and verify order details. Locate and retrieve instruments from warehouse inventory. Select and package the appropriate accessories and materials required for each school order. Verify order accuracy before shipment or delivery. Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Utilize basic computer systems to review orders and track inventory. Follow company procedures for order fulfillment and inventory handling. Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate inventory and order systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the workday. Ability to safely handle musical instruments and related equipment. Work Environment Temperature-controlled office inventory environment. Moderate noise levels consistent with warehouse operations. Limited to no direct customer interaction.
