Job Description

What To Expect As Customer Operations Order Management Clerk you will play a key role in delivering superior service to our customers across North America. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing, entering and managing customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all orders are processed in a timely manner, coordinates with internal teams for fulfillment, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and organized order management. This position will support our Customer Operations Teams across North America.

Keys Responsibilities (to name a few) Monitor and process daily incoming orders for assigned Oracle based customers. Verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information Adjust shipping dates to align with customer requirements and current transit times Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely fulfillment Resolve common errors to progress orders through the order management system Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays Communicate order updates, shipping information, and issues to customers Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions Assist with processing returns, exchanges, and cancellations as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards About You 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiarity with database systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates confident decisiveness and a willingness to take action when addressing customer issues. High attention to detail with a proactive approach to time management Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship
