WHAT YOU'LL DO
Other duties may be assigned Ensure Order Accuracy before shipping for all Outbound "Tasks" Communicate with the Team Lead/Supervisor regarding all problems and needs Develop and relay improvements to the Team Lead/Supervisor Record, Calculate, Enter, and Sort Data into spreadsheets Ensure all outbound tasks are completed in accordance with Department procedures Examine work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures Ensure the department's work area is clean, neat, and organized each day (i.e., boxes, bins, sweeping, and all trash). Daily paperwork is filed neatly and organized in accordance with Department procedures Assist Inbound team members with resolving problems Count, research, and monitor the activity of merchandise by product number and location Communicate with members of other Departments as needed to process orders to meet DC Goals Assist in training, cross-training, and development of members of the Outbound team Operate Material Handling Equipment, including Fork, Order Selector, Walkie, and Pallet Jack Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
Must be able to lift 60 pounds on an occasional basis Familiar with the WM and RF environment preferred Must be able to work overtime as necessary Ability to sustain excessive walking/standing for the majority of the shift Ability to sustain extensive bending/lifting/reaching for the majority of the shift Follows all safety rules to ensure a safe work environment

Daily Pay:
up to 50% of your pay EOE/Disability/Vets
