Great Barrington Headquarters Job Overview:

The Shop Assistant role provides supplies, stock room organization and order fulfilment for janeiredale.com. The role contributes to providing best-in-class customer service through neat, accurate and timely order processing that will be delivered to our customers. This is a full-time position located at our global headquarters in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

Process orders (pick, pack, ship) through a computer-based shipping platform. Put away daily warehouse order. Organize stock room and replenish bins as needed. Ensure shoppers' order requests and/or specific order needs are resolved via a Beauty Advisor.

Qualifications:

Computer literacy required. High School Diploma required, AA or BA preferred Warm, cheerful, and enthusiastic Ability to prioritize Attention to detail and accuracy Can lift up to 30lbs. Iredale Cosmetics offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability and 401K. The salary for this position is $17.00 - 18.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, and qualifications.
