Order Entry Specialist (Contract)

Location:

Hunt Valley, MD (100% Onsite)

Duration:

6-12 Weeks | Full-Time Hours We are seeking detail-driven Order Entry Specialists to support a high-volume system implementation project. This role requires exceptional accuracy and the ability to manage large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage sales quotes and orders within NetSuite Build quotes and convert them into finalized sales orders Validate pricing, quantities, shipping details, and customer information Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data accuracy Identify and hold orders when required information is incomplete or incorrect Maintain strict quality control and data integrity in all entries

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience using NetSuite for order entry and quoting Strong understanding of quote-to-order processes Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with structured processes and workflows

Requirements:

Ability to work fully onsite on a daily basis Availability to commit to the full contract duration Reliable transportation

Preferred:
