Job Description

Order Fulfillment Specialist - Home Office Wixom, Michigan, United States The Order Fulfillment Specialist will assist with processing customer orders, both machine and aftermarket, as well as handling all aspects of machine orders from entry to delivery at customer site. Other order related tasks such as invoicing, gross margin analysis, and commission calculation are included in this job as well. Responsibilities Enter all orders in a timely fashion upon receipt of order from Sales. Prepare all invoicing for machine orders and send to customer in a timely fashion. Arrange shipping and logistics for machine sales including importation, transportation, and related paperwork as necessary. Issue Purchase Orders for non-machine items including but not limited to: Accessories, PCs, Software, Related Tooling Prepare and distribute invoices for all aftermarket orders, including but not limited to; Service, Inspection, Programming, Training, Support, Repair, Calibration, Software, Accessories, etc. Review open and overdue invoices and contact customers as required. Monthly reporting of largest orders, overdue invoices, and related commentary for Month End Report submitted to Germany. Calculation of internal and external commissions related to machine orders. Sending customer satisfaction surveys as required. Prepare gross margin calculations and submit to management for review. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in billing, customer administration or accounts receivable A working knowledge of systems including Quickbooks or similar, and Microsoft Office products. Analytical and problem-solving skills; healthy skepticism when working through issues. Experience in the Metrology industry a plus. Experience in International shipping, and customs clearance is a plus.
