Job Description

Warehouse Order Selector Job Summary The Warehouse Order Selector accurately and safely picks products for customer orders, builds stable pallets, and supports daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick and stack orders accurately and build stable pallets Inspect products for damage and correct errors flagged by QA Operate warehouse equipment (electric rider jack, forklift, pallet jack) Complete daily equipment inspections and maintain battery levels Meet productivity, accuracy, and breakage standards Follow all safety rules, policies, and attendance requirements Assist with warehouse clean‑up and general duties Notify Replenishment of low stock Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100+ lbs occasionally Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise, heat, dust, and fumes Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness

EDUCATION
Duties require the ability to read, write and understand simple instructions. Requires an understanding of basic math, accuracy in checking, sorting, counting, and other routine procedures. A high school education is not required but would provide the basic skills necessary to learn the job.
