Job Description:
LHH is seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Order Processing Associate for a direct hire position in Gastonia, NC! This position provides bilingual customer support while managing order transactions from intake through completion. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to support order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and timely fulfillment, serving both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position is fully onsite Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer orders from receipt through invoicing, ensuring accuracy at each step Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email Respond to inquiries related to order status, availability, pricing, and documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm inventory, resolve issues, and support delivery timelines Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems Log customer concerns and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution Support process improvements and assist with training new team members when needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in customer service or account support Bachelor's degree in business, communications, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent education and experience) Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Experience using ERP, CRM, or order management platforms Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
