Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage. Operate heavy equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to cleanliness standards within the warehouse. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order statuses. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and deadlines. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience with RF scanners for order picking is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including documentation requirements. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation is advantageous. Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial but not required.
