Forklift Associate Location Carlstadt, NJ Pay Rate:

2nd Shift | 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM | Monday

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and verifying products Ability to follow work orders, instructions, and shipping requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties:

Pick garments from designated warehouse locations according to work orders and customer specifications Verify item accuracy, quantities, sizes, colors, and styles before processing orders Stage picked garments for shipment preparation and distribution Prioritize order fulfillment based on shipping schedules and carrier deadlines Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while meeting daily goals Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or location issues to supervisors Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion and shipment
