About Chocolate Covered Company:
At Chocolate Covered Company, we specialize in creating gourmet, chocolate-dipped treats including pretzels, popcorn, almonds, cookies, and more. As a growing artisan chocolate business based in Totowa, NJ, we take pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted products for customers nationwide. We are looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined individual to join our production team and operate various bagging and packaging machines.
Position Overview:
order processing in our office. This position is mainly an office position with some responsibility in our gift basket department.
Key Responsibilities:
Own order processing including retrieving, printing and ensuring all orders are provided to the fulfillment location in CCC Ensure all front office staff are trained in order retrieval and processing Handle all customer emails and phone calls•logging trends and reporting out themes Assist the gift basket department as needed able to operate alone if necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order processing preferred Bilingual candidate preferred, but very fluent in
English Schedule:
 Monday to Friday•8 AM•4 PM  Occasional overtime during busy production seasons
Job Type:
