Data entry/IT

Farmingdale based, industry leading wholesaler seeking a data entry/IT professional. This is a full time position in a friendly and focused environment with room for advancement.

Specific duties include:

1. Order processing, to include: a. Downloading orders b. Shipping c. Invoicing d. Developing product spreadsheets e. Updating inventory f. Working with all forms of excel 2. Troubleshooting unusual and/or complex customer problems and issues 3. Assisting customers and providing them with answers 4. Working closely with other departments to ensure timely shipping and resolution

Job Requirements :

1. Proficient with Microsoft excel 2. Ability to multi task 3. Excellent verbal and written communication 4. Ability to type fast 5. 1-2 years experience preferred but not required
