You will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the Parts Department, by performing tasks such as receiving inventory, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role ensures that the warehouse is organized, inventory is accurately maintained, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to meet the needs of the business and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Cycle Counts Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage. Pick and fill orders from stock, pack and ship orders, and manage the inventory of products. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts, to move materials and products. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Communicate and coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any issues. Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space for maximum efficiency. Perform regular inventory counts and assist in the reconciliation of discrepancies. Provide support in loading and unloading trucks and deliveries. Assist in the training of new warehouse employees and provide guidance as needed.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting
