For more information, visit https://traba.work/privacy-notice-applicants Position overview The Order Processing Associate works at designated pack and pick stations to process outbound orders in the Transportation Management System and pick products from the Geek Plus robotic picking solution. This non-exempt warehouse role ensures orders are accurately picked, verified, packaged, labeled, staged, and shipped on time, without the use of forklifts or other material handling equipment. Responsibilities Process outbound orders in the Transportation Management System, ensuring accurate ship method, service level, address, and package details, and confirm shipments within required cut-off times. Pick product from the Geek Plus robotic picking solution following standard work and scan verification steps, confirming quantities and item accuracy. Package orders to company standards using appropriate cartons and protective materials, verify items and quantities prior to shipment, and apply required shipping labels and documents. Stage completed shipments by carrier, route, or priority to support on-time pickups, and escalate shortages, damages, or system exceptions promptly. Maintain pick station, processing, and shipping areas in a neat, organized, and safe condition, following all safety rules related to robotics areas and reporting unsafe conditions immediately. Requirements Computer proficiency and comfort working in warehouse systems, including a Transportation Management System and picking station software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard work and verification steps, plus dependable work habits and the ability to work without constant supervision. Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues clearly and collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines. Ability to lift, lower, and move packages up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking; occasional climbing and exposure to extreme heat or cold. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures for working around robotic systems and automation equipment, and to maintain a minimum 40-hour workweek with reliable attendance.
