Distribution Associate Peoplelink Staffing - 3.5 Allentown, PA Job Details $20.50 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Forklift High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Allentown, PA area, is seeking Distribution Associates to join their team! This is a regulated environment offering the opportunity to work with advanced warehouse systems while supporting critical healthcare supply operations.
Distribution Associate Job Summary:

$20.50/hr

Shift:
10:00am to 6:30pm Pack, scan, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and Manhattan WMS Verify product lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards Coordinate with team leads and planners to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment staging Prepare shipments by palletizing and organizing orders by destination and transportation requirement Maintain compliance with FDA, DEA, cGMP, and GDP regulations, including handling controlled and temperature-sensitive products Participate in cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to Inventory Control and Quality teams Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock and warehouse area Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Distribution Associate Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required Must have forklift experience Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan Familiarity with DEA, DSCSA, and cGMP compliance is preferred Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a regulated environment Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly Why Peoplelink Staffing?
