Incentive paid selectors earn an average of $30+/hour.

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 pm start time. Overtime, weekend and holiday work is required as needed by the business, and schedules are subject to change per business requirements. Only candidates who meet the following requirements will be considered: Minimum 1 year of experience using a stand up, ride-on electric pallet jack Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to accurately select cases as directed by a voice headset system Ability to select cases in high volume numbers is a plus Fast learner with the willingness to improve Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift Must be available to work the schedule listed including holidays Must have a proven record of reliability and good attendance Must work well independently as well as part of a team Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and productivity Adhere to OSHA safety standards during all operations Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED Primo offers a fulltime employees a benefits package after 60 days including medical, dental, vision, paid time off after 60 days, holiday pay with no waiting period, and a 401(k) plan.
