We offer a leading line of vegetable seed for growers in the United States and Eastern Canada. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative- Billing Clerk to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes all billings for products that have shipped, as well as editing orders for correct locations, sizes or back orders. Research and find resolution for possible cost issues. Run reports daily and weekly and follow up to ensure reports are resolved and clean of orders. Performs activities including organizing and providing back up for credit card/ check releases. Assist with mail in order, and deposits.Qualifications:
