As an Order Entry Specialist, you are the engine behind our operational success. Your primary mission is to ensure every customer order is captured with precision and processed with speed. By bridging the gap between sales and logistics, you directly impact our customer satisfaction and keep our supply chain moving smoothly. $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Enter high-volume customer orders into the ERP system with uncompromising accuracy. Review incoming orders for completeness, verifying product codes, quantities, and pricing. Schedule deliveries by balancing real-time stock levels with logistics availability. Partner with Sales and Operations teams to resolve order discrepancies and clarify requirements. Maintain high-speed processing while identifying ways to improve personal accuracy and efficiency. Clearly communicate order statuses and potential delays to internal stakeholders.
