Job Title:
Order Picker Job Description The Warehouse TMO - Draft Loader position involves stripping empty kegs from route trucks, organizing them by brand and size, picking draft orders, and loading all keg route trucks. Responsibilities Safely operate tow motor and other types of warehouse equipment as necessary. Perform and complete daily pre-trip safety inspections on tow motor being operated. Unload returned empty kegs and pallets. Sort and organize empty kegs and pallets after being unloaded in the loading bay. Operate an iPad with Inventory Management Software (EasyOps). Pick orders within the draft cooler and load them onto draft routes. Report any draft product discrepancies, out of stocks, date issues, and order picking issues. Load package orders picked and staged by order selectors onto draft routes. Maintain proper cleanliness in the loading bay. Ensure the loading bay and dunnage area are clean and organized at the end of each shift. Maintain proper organization and cleanliness in the draft cooler. Essential Skills Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment safely. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to work proficiently with little oversight. Ability to lift and maneuver up to 155 lbs kegs. Ability to work in two climates with different temperatures (36 degrees in cooler and ambient temp in loading bay). Sit down/standup tow motor experience required. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience. Material handling. Order selector and order picker skills. Why Work Here? Shifts are from Sunday at 10:00 am to EOS and Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to EOS. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.
