Requirements:

1 year of picker packer & walkie rider experience Able to lift 50 lbs. Steel-toes Able to start immediately Forklift experience is a plus Previous experience in order processing, customer service, shipping, logistics, or warehouse support preferred Strong data entry accuracy and computer skills Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory systems preferred Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): Enter customer orders into WMS, ERP, or order management systems Review orders for correct pricing, quantities, and shipping details Verify product availability and coordinate inventory needs Generate pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels Coordinate with picking, packing, and shipping teams for order fulfillment Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, or data entry issues Communicate order status, backorders, and shipping updates to customers and internal teams Work with carriers on shipment scheduling and special delivery requirements Maintain accurate records and complete documentation Support fast, efficient, and accurate outbound shipping processes Jenny felt the heart behind the hustle—right from the start: " I love their kindness and compassion, as well as communication,"
