Order Selector - Shipping

This position will have primary responsibility for selecting customer orders and the ability to cross-train in processing orders as well. This role plays a key part in our daily shipping operations, ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer expectations. Colleague must be detail-oriented, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform shipping-related tasks including order picking, packing, labeling, and staging for shipment Handle products across various lines such as leather goods, seal assemblies, hubcaps, hubodometers, diversified products, and DataTrac Operate within established safety and quality standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed Ability to operate a material handling equipment Your Role in Our Values At Enpro, our values of Safety, Excellence, and Respect guide how we work, collaborate, and grow. What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping, warehouse, or production environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Moderate physical effort includes lifting, bending, and reaching Manual dexterity and mobility required Visual acuity for detailed work
