Additional Compensation Details:
 $24.00 - $26.00 per hourPotential 90-day performance-based raise Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure
Job DescriptionShift and Schedule:
6am-2pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime & weekends as needed.
The Role:
Rogge is looking for a Warehouse Dry Order Selector. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, team-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Particular attention must be given to safety, accuracy, quality and timeliness.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Ensures weekly dry grocery orders are put up on time and accuratelySorts and labels incoming vendor receivables according to PO Dock Copy/Pick TicketsConsolidates sorted and labeled receivables to customer ordersPicks grocery orders according to pick ticket with an emphasis on accuracyFills out pick tickets accurately and on timeBuilds high-quality pallets for shipment over the water and/or road, to remote areas of AlaskaEnsures weekly Rogge grocery orders are shipped accurately and on-timeParticipates in counting and double-checking counts for month-end inventory every monthAssists other warehouse areas when dry work is completeMaintains a clean and organized work environmentAll employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food qualityQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceMust have the ability to work under pressure and tight time linesMust have intermediate English skills (reading/writing/speaking)High School Diploma or GED equivalentStrong attention to detailPositive attitude and high level of effortAbility to work in frozen (-10 F) and refrigerated (36 F) environmentsAbility to lift up to 70lbsBasic math skillsTeam PlayerPreferred Skills and ExperienceSome warehouse experienceRiding pallet jack and/or forklift experienceGrocery experienceProduce experienceAdditional InformationThis is a safety-sensitive position.
