Counter Sales /
Administrative Clerk Pay:
Competitive hourly pay (based on experience - A wage increase can happen if given the opportunity to convert, as well as taking on more responsibility.
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | Day shift (no weekends)

On-site | Greater Woodland, WA area About the Company Our client is a well-established construction supply and distribution organization supporting residential and commercial building projects. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter Sales / Administrative Clerk to support daily front counter operations. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while assisting with order processing, administrative tasks, and overall sales support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter Process customer orders and will-call purchases accurately Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members Provide basic product information and support to customers Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions Perform data entry and assist with general administrative tasks (email, order tracking, etc.) Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Support day-to-day front office and counter operations Qualifications Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual Preferred Experience Experience working with contractors or in a construction-related environment Familiarity with inventory, order processing, or sales support What's in It for You Consistent weekday schedule with no weekends Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement Competitive pay and benefits eligibility We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
