Job Description
About us BAM Alaska is a large cultivation facility in Wasilla, AK We are looking for hard-working people who will be constantly on their feet, willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. and take on any challenges that may occur during the day. 1. Packaging Specialist is responsible for accurately weighing, packing, and labeling cannabis flower, for shipment to retail dispensaries. 2. Cultivator is responsible for assisting the master gardener with defoliation and watering. 3. Trimmers are needed daily to complete trim job on large harvests. ALL positions; You must have a current and valid Alaska Marijuana handler's card >Strong communication skills, able to take direction and follow procedures >A positive and hard working attitude able to work well in a team setting >Good personal hygiene to ensure clean and healthy operation of the sensitive grow process >The ability to comply with all company and state guidelines and procedures >Reliable transportation
