Job description: Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and smooth distribution operations. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting products for shipment, ensuring that each order meets customer expectations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on excellence and teamwork. Duties Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and speed. Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and climb ladders. Must be able to Multi-task. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is advantageous. Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of order picking procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation enhances efficiency in handling materials handling tasks. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
