Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to specifications. Perform inventory management tasks such as sorting and labeling items. Utilize hand tools effectively. Train in all areas of the packaging line. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs. and keep moving Play it safe and keep the workspace clean Be reliable — show up, clock in, and grind it out Stay sharp — one detail missed slows everyone down Willing to learn and take direction to get better Be a team player who backs up the crew
