Buffalo Rock manages the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. The Warehouse Picker covers all aspects of inventory movement through the building of designated pallets and the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. This position picks all orders processed as assigned by Warehouse Management. The picker is responsible for the 100% accuracy of the orders he or she picks. All orders must be verified for accuracy and signed by the picker once complete. Essential Functions

• Required to pick orders as assigned by Warehouse Management.
  
• Required to verify the accuracy of the order and sign the pick ticket.
  
• Must ensure product is leveled after picking at the end of each shift.
  
• The pick ticket order accuracy goal is 100% to ensure ASN compliance.
  
• Build mixed pallets according to loading documentation to be placed on delivery vehicles.
  
• Responsible for verification of date codes.
  
• Responsible for accuracy of pallets built.
  
• Required to load and unload trucks by hand as required by supervisor.
  
• May load and unload trucks by forklift, if certified.
  
• Ensure work area is kept clean and clear of debris.
  
• Restock returned product.
  
• Responsible for handling and stacking of pallets and trays.
  
• Responsible for applying shrink wrap to completed pallets either by hand or by machine.
  
• Responsible for wearing all assigned safety equipment and observing safety rules.
  
• May assist in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse.
  
• Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor. Other Duties and Responsibilities
  
• Must exhibit a high level of ethical and moral conduct while at work or in attendance of any off-site function during work hours or after work hours while representing the Buffalo Rock Company.
  
• Responsible for continuous self-improvement through the knowledge and use of all Buffalo Rock provided training, either web-based, in-house, or any other provided method. Must successfully complete assigned training curriculum, including but not limited to online and/or facilitated training.
  
• Ensure that every reasonable precaution is taken to protect the Company from possible damage, theft, or other liabilities.
