In this vital role, you will be responsible for meticulously packing food items, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and supporting the overall efficiency of our food service operations. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest. Duties Carefully pack prepared food items, ensuring proper portioning and presentation according to safety and quality standards Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling ingredients and organizing supplies for efficient service Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep and service areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of packed orders and communicate any special requests or concerns Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with health regulations and promotes a safe environment for all team members Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols Experience working with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Prior banquet or catering experience is beneficial but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Kitchen or culinary experience, including cooking or food preparation roles, enhances your fit for this position Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or guest services helps foster excellent customer interactions Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional food experiences!
