The Packer is responsible for efficiently screening, packing, and boxing high-quality products from an assembly line. Ensures adherence to company standards and safety protocols.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required to work rework. Required to clean when the line is not working or as needed. Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed. Requires wrist and hand flexibility. Walking, bending, standing, and lifting 35lbs are required. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to climb steps. Abide by all company policies/procedures, written or verbal. Work as a team to accomplish company goals. Perform any other tasks assigned.

Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Must be willing and able to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 pounds (with assistance). The Team Member is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and extreme cold. The Team Member will work in an environment where the noise level is usually loud. The Team Member will use a touch screen and hand held scanner. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment .
