Now hiring for a Warehouse Packer
As a Packer, you will help ensure quality snack products are packaged and prepared for shipment. You will assemble boxes, pack finished products, palletize completed cases, monitor packaging equipment, inspect products for quality, and assist with minor troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a team-focused manufacturing environment. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality standards Job Duties Hand-pack finished snack products Assemble boxes and pack bagged products into cases Place completed cases onto pallets for shipment Monitor packaging equipment and production processes Ensure product labels are correctly applied Monitor box and bag production for quality and efficiency Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Keep packaging equipment operating efficiently Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting as needed Identify and resolve minor machine issues when possible Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with additional duties as assigned Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts Work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment Frequently lift and move 25+ pounds Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Maintain focus and productivity for long periods Follow all safety procedures and guidelines Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
