Warehouse Picker/Packer

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Warehouse Picker/Packer in Avondale, Arizona . This position is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse work and take pride in accuracy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable picking, packing, stocking, and preparing orders in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet daily productivity and safety standards.

The Day-to-Day:

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Pack products safely and efficiently to help prevent damage during shipment Label and stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Maintain clean and organized work areas Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, picking, or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Strong time management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer or scanner experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay Rate:

$16.50 to $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with possible overtime 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 12:30 PM to 9:00

PM Pay:

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour
