Our client, a third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain company, is seeking a Warehouse Picker / Packer in Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, verifying order accuracy, receiving and organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Day:

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems Pack products safely and efficiently to help prevent damage during shipment Label and stage outgoing shipments for carrier pickup Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory Maintain clean and organized work areas Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Report damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors

About You:

High school diploma or GED required Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, picking, or packing experience is a plus Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Basic computer or scanner experience preferred Reliable attendance and punctuality Pay-Rate /

Shift:

$19.00 /hour Monday-Friday 8:00 PM- 4:00

AM Pay:

From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
