Job Description
Assembly & Packaging Associate Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM - 2:00PM Overtime:
Available as neededPay:
17.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly & Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling components and packaging products while following detailed work instructions and maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well in a team setting, and takes pride in producing quality work right the first time. Key Responsibilities Assemble sub-assemblies, components, and nasal hoods according to detailed instructions Follow written and verbal work instructions, SOPs, and drawings Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Identify and report defects or production issues to supervisors Complete Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required Package finished products using automated bagging equipment Pack and label products into designated boxes with correct quantities Maintain accurate documentation of lot numbers, serial numbers, and revision levels Follow ISO 9001 and company compliance standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Participate in required safety observations and uphold safety protocols Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Ability to read and follow work instructions and document production details Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Basic data entry and document retrieval skills Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with team members and leadership Physical Requirements Lift up to 30 lbs Push/Pull up to 25 lbs Stand and walk for extended periods Perform repetitive assembly tasks What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Quality-focused mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to workplace safetyJob Type:
