Warehouse Picker/Packer

Duties Perform stock replenishment by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining optimal storage conditions for efficient order fulfillment. Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to ensure products meet company standards before shipment. Prepare shipments by packaging items securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams for timely dispatch. Assist in inventory management tasks including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and updating records in the warehouse management system. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations such as picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or inventory management.. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Previous experience in warehouse supervisor roles or with order picker roles is a plus.
