• 5 pm (OT Mandatory as Needed)

Job Summary:

Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS). Pack orders according to company standards, ensuring product protection and presentation. Verify item accuracy, quantities, and quality prior to shipment. Label and prepare shipments using shipping software and carrier systems. Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas. Assist with receiving, put-away, and inventory counts as needed. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications:

1+ year of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred. Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
