As our company continues to grow, we are looking to add a Team Leader to support our team and clients. We are seeking a caring, organized, and dependable Team Leader to guide our team and ensure a smooth, supportive experience for our clients during important life transitions. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes actively packing, unpacking, and organizing while leading and coordinating the team on-site. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a team during packing, unpacking, and home setup Support and communicate with clients throughout the process Coordinate daily activities to ensure jobs run safely, efficiently, and smoothly Work closely with team members, movers, and leadership Help maintain organization, supplies, and workflow on-site Requirements Strong organizational skills and natural leadership ability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Patience, empathy, and a gentle sense of humor Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs Reliable transportation Flexibility with scheduling High level of integrity and trustworthiness (background check required) Schedule Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week Hours may vary week to week based on client needs Primarily Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm Experience Professional packing or organizing experience required Leadership experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
