Hours Of Operation :

Second Shift:

3:30pm-12:00am midnight, Monday - Friday and occasional mandatory and voluntary overtime during the week and on weekends

Pay:

$19.40 as base pay and $.75 shift differential (for second shift hours worked) plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of various items of stock in order to verify content. Selection of appropriate type and size of container. Insert enclosures in containers. Use excelsior or other material to prevent breakage or damage. Closing and sealing containers. Applying labels or entering identifying data on containers. Operates various types of packaging equipment. Must be able to read computer screens and use scanning equipment. Must be able to respond to alarms and alerts.

Qualifications:

Have a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills with coworkers and staff. Have basic typing skills, PC computer skills, working knowledge of MS Office. Must read, understand, speak, and write English fluently Must be able to lift to 50 pounds when required; push or pull up to 150 pounds on a rolling cart or using a pallet jack. Able to sit/stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours) and being able to lift totes weighing up to 30 pounds repetitively. Must be able to understand the precautions required when handling hazardous medications, materials, and hazardous waste.
