Tea Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tea Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that teas are accurately packed and sealed, as well as keeping track of all tea inventory quantities. certified facility and/or prior experience in a QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) role is highly desirable. We will conduct a brief on-site interview and evaluation of your skills to determine whether you are a fit. Responsibilities Pack and seal exact quantities of tea in bags according to established guidelines and specifications. Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing. Label clearly, wipe down, and store packages in the correct areas. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Manage inventory by keeping up-to-date with stocks of all teas. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in packing food items is preferred. Previous experience in restaurant BoH is preferred. Experience in an

certified facility and/or QA/QC experience strongly preferred. Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus. Food Handler's License preferred (assistance available for obtaining one if needed).
