Job Overview American Logistics International Fulfillment LP is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to support daily warehouse and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Order Picker will locate products, prepare customer orders, verify quantities, and stage completed orders for packing and shipment. Training will be provided, and previous warehouse or order-picking experience is not required. Responsibilities Pick products accurately according to customer orders and picking lists Locate items within designated storage areas Verify product numbers, quantities, and order details Prepare picked items for packing and shipment Stage completed orders in designated areas Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments when needed Use carts, hand trucks, or other basic material-handling equipment as appropriate Assist with inventory organization and routine stock counts Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly stored products Inspect items for visible damage before completing orders Restock products in designated locations Maintain clean and organized picking and storage areas Update basic order or inventory information in company systems Follow company safety and product-handling procedures Work with fulfillment and warehouse team members to meet daily goals Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Requirements Previous order-picking or warehouse experience is not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the workday Positive attitude and willingness to learn About the Position The Order Picker plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are located, prepared, and staged accurately and efficiently. Pay:

$22.20 - $23.00 per hour
