7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional 8:30 AM start times as needed) Inbound Lumper / Packer (RF Scanner Experience Required) Fairway Staffing Services is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Lumpers/Packers with RF scanner experience for a warehouse facility in Bell, CA . This is a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to meet daily production goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Unload and load freight as directed Use RF scanners to verify inventory and product information Verify SKU and part numbers accurately Sort and organize products Check quantities and product identification Palletize products according to instructions Build secure and stable pallets Shrink-wrap and label pallets correctly Keep products organized and protected from damage Report damaged or missing products immediately Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures Communicate discrepancies to supervisors promptly Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Requirements:

RF Scanner experience required Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual attendance Able to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials safely Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Previous warehouse, loading/unloading, or lumper experience preferred Apply Today! #IND456
