In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that every order meets quality standards and is delivered on time. Responsibilities Efficiently pick items from storage locations using RF scanners and manual methods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders Pack products securely using appropriate materials, preparing them for safe transportation Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and crane systems to load and unload materials safely and efficiently Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory management systems Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments and documenting movement of goods Follow safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies during all warehouse activities Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, managing storage locations, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments is highly preferred Familiarity with order picking procedures and warehouse equipment operation such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and material handling equipment Knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanners for efficient order processing Experience with heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe material handling practices Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols including OSHA regulations in a warehouse setting Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations management is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
