Warehouse Picker/Packer Lead

As a leader in our distribution center, you will oversee daily picking and packing operations, manage team members, and uphold safety standards. Your expertise will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and support seamless logistics operations to meet customer demands with precision and speed. Lead and coordinate daily warehouse picking, packing, and materials handling activities to ensure timely order processing. Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on best practices for inventory management, shipping & receiving, and materials handling. Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 to maintain accurate stock levels. Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and overall workflow. Manage shipping and receiving operations, including the use of forklifts and other mechanical equipment for heavy lifting and materials movement. Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to uphold inventory accuracy. Collaborate with logistics teams and 3PL providers to optimize distribution routes and delivery schedules. Proven experience in warehouse operations, including warehouse supervisor or team management roles. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems such as WMS or AS400; familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred. Mechanical aptitude with materials handling equipment; comfortable with heavy lifting and physical tasks. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards relevant to warehouse environments. Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL distribution centers is highly desirable. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a team effectively while maintaining high safety standards. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
