We're looking for a reliable, experienced packer who can keep orders accurate, organized, and moving. Previous experience packing orders for Whatnot or TikTok Shop is required. We'll teach you our workflow, but you should already understand live-sale fulfillment and be comfortable getting started with limited training. What you'll do Match sold items to the correct buyers, order numbers, and shipping labels. Keep multiple purchases and bundled orders organized. Pack electronics and other merchandise securely using appropriate boxes and protective materials. Check items and quantities before sealing packages. Weigh packages, print and apply labels, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup. Keep the packing area organized and stocked. Communicate with the stream operator to resolve missing items or order discrepancies. What we're looking for Hands-on experience packing and shipping Whatnot or TikTok Shop orders. Consistent availability to work five days every week. Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependable transportation to work. Accuracy and attention to detail during busy streams. Comfort using shipping software, label printers, and scales. Ability to work independently, follow a system, and help the team when priorities change.
